We are currently seeking an HGV technician to join our busy workshop based in Sauchen Aberdeenshire, AB51 7LQ

Duties to include:

The inspection, service, repairs & M.O.T preparation of various HGV commercial vehicles & trailers.

Applicants must have a technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician) or proven experience repairing & maintaining HGV vehicles, current LGV class C+E driving license is desirable but not essential.

As a busy commercial workshop applicants must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and accurately both independently and as part of the team.

We currently have full-time vacancies for additional experienced Car & Light commercial vehicle technicians & HGV technicians to join our busy workshop based in Sauchen Aberdeenshire.

Car technician duties to include:
Routine vehicle service and maintenance, MOT repairs, fault finding and diagnosis on all types of cars and light commercials.
Communicate with customers, offering clear guidance on issues and concerns and provide accurate estimates.
Maintain repair and service records.
Road test vehicles.
Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure functional longevity and workplace safety.
Provide roadside assistance.

The successful candidate must possess:
NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology, City & Guilds or equivalent.
Recent service technician experience.
MOT testing qualification is desirable but not essential.
Full driving license.
Good organisational skills.
Must be hardworking and willing to work within a team.

Excellent rates of pay offered to the successful candidate (dependant on experience).
