Logistics hasn’t always been seen as an industry for women – but we feel that’s changing.

At M&H Carriers, women work across all parts of the business, from leadership and office roles to driving and warehousing. We now have 41 women in our workforce, and representation continues to grow in areas where women haven’t always been visible.

Change takes time, but it starts with opportunity, support and recognising the contribution people make every day.
