Inside the UTMB Podiatrist Team 👣

Sidas went behind the scenes with the podiatrists at the Beaufort aid station to see how they take care of runners’ feet throughout the race.

One important tip? Avoid using hydrocolloid bandages during an ultra. They can trap moisture and heat against the skin, potentially making blisters worse.

👉🏻 Instead, let the podiatry team assess the situation and choose the right treatment for your feet.

Champex-Lac was one of the strategic places for runners to pause, refuel and take care of their feet before the last stretch to Chamonix.

As the official footcare partner of , Sidas was there with free creams and toe caps, helping runners care for their feet and keep moving, one step at a time.

Now, Champex-Lac is quiet again. The runners have left, but their journey continues.

In just a few hours, they’ll be crossing the finish line in Chamonix.
