Chalet L'eau Vive, affectionately known as Heidi House, is a traditional stand alone chalet set in a small hamlet in the beautiful village of Samoens. The chalet is arranged over 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, large open plan kitchen, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The chalet enjoys magnificent mountai

n views and a very peaceful natural location. Forests behind the chalet and a small river running through the garden make this a nature lovers paradise. Discover one of the most incredible areas in the French Alps - Samoens with all it's tradition and culture, is located in the Vallée du Giffre, only 1 hours drive from Geneva International Airport. Samoens is a French Alps resort with a difference, soaked in tradition and beautiful stone buildings as its architecture, this village is a dream. It is part of the Grand Massif ski area with 256km of piste for all levels. There are 4 bedrooms, all with beautiful views, 3 bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor, making it ideal for 2 families sharing. There is a full family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC on the ground floor. A shower room with large shower and basin is available on the middle floor. There is a separate WC on the middle floor. The kitchen is at the heart of the chalet and is a large open plan kitchen which is well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, recipe books, baking essentials etc. There is a small room as you walk in which is useful to store boots and jackets. There is a small ski room outside for storing your skis and snowboards. The washing machine is in the family bathroom. There are 2 living rooms in the chalet. The main living room is on the middle floor, and has large comfy sofas, great views and a traditional wood burning fireplace. The second living area is a cosy mezzanine which has sofas, TV and DVD - great for kids! Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. So good to see this. The Nordic ski area at Col Joux Plane is a wonderful place to experience. Great also for non skiers who want to enjoy beautiful views and a good vin chaud or hot chocolate.
