The August UTCM tour is officially fully booked, but 2027 is coming. 🍒🌑🇫🇷

… and with even more bells and funky whistles.

During our 40th Anniversary Celebration lunch at Hotel du Cap, I was approached by Michele, the Chief Doorman and maître d’ who’s been employed at Hotel Du Cap for 51 years. (You read that right!)

To my surprise, Michele recognized the image on the shirt that I was wearing, and said that he was there on that day of filming for Under the Cherry Moon.

Michele said that he remembered Prince as a very good customer, and later asked me for a shirt for himself. 😅

They’re not in mass production just yet, but maybe in August when I’m back I’ll have something very special for him. 😉

August is coming!

And so are Cherry Moon Excursions dates for 2027. 😎🍒🌑

Today, we honor Juneteenth, a day of freedom, remembrance, resilience, and hope.

On June 19, 1865, news of emancipation finally reached enslaved African Americans in Texas, marking a pivotal moment in American history. Juneteenth reminds us not only of the importance of freedom, but also of the enduring contributions, creativity, and cultural impact of Black communities throughout the world.

As an emerging brand inspired by the artistry, vision, and legacy of Prince’s Under the Cherry Moon, we celebrate the power of culture to bring people together, tell meaningful and eclectic stories, and inspire future generations.

Today we reflect, learn, celebrate, and honor those whose courage helped shape a more just future.

Cherry Moon Excursions invites you to the French Riviera to walk in the footsteps of Christopher Tracy and Tricky, exploring the iconic filming locations featured in Prince's eclectic 1986 masterpiece, Under the Cherry Moon.

✨ Experience highlights including:

• Visiting the Cour Saleya Flower Market

• Dining at Le Pavillon (now Circe)

• Enjoying lunch at the exclusive Hotel du Cap, Chris' place of business and the setting for the memorable Alexa de Paris "cabbage head" exchange overlooking the Mediterranean Sea

• Staying at Palais Hongran, the very apartment where Chris and Tricky were portrayed as living, and recreating the famous "Mirror, mirror, 17-fold" scene

• Taking day trips to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Èze, and Monaco, all destinations Prince visited during filming

It's all still there—and as beautiful and immaculate as ever.

While our June tour is completely sold out, limited space remains for our August tour (August 13–20) and is expected to fill quickly.
