How can a company reconcile performance, sustainability and trust in an increasingly complex environment?

At GEODIS, these priorities are fully embedded in our strategy and day-to-day operations.

🌍 Environment
Decarbonizing logistics at scale is a necessity. Since 2022, we have reduced our Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 21% and continue to make progress toward our 42% reduction target by 2030. The challenge remains significant for Scope 3 emissions, and we are accelerating the deployment of low-carbon and multimodal solutions with our customers and partners. In 2025, GEODIS was also included in the CDP Climate A List, which recognizes the companies leading the way in climate action and transparency.

👥 Social
At GEODIS, sustainable performance starts with the people who make it possible. Through our Health & Safety with Heart program, we continue to strengthen our health and safety culture across the Group. We are also advancing our diversity efforts: women now represent 40% of our workforce and 33% of leadership positions.

⚖️ Ethics
In an increasingly demanding regulatory landscape, ethics and compliance have become true drivers of trust for our customers. At the same time, 76% of our key suppliers are now assessed against sustainability criteria through EcoVadis.
