Due to the continued growth of our management fleet and the increasing popularity of our ONE Account, Bluewater is seeking a full-time ONE Account Assistant to join our busy team in Antibes.

Working closely with the ONE Account Director, Charter & Operational Management and Recruitment team, you’ll assist Captains and Owners in sourcing the right crew for their vessels.

This role suits someone with yachting knowledge — ideally ex-crew looking to transition ashore. Responsibilities include interviewing crew, managing enquiries, sourcing candidates, liaising with yachts, creating positions, invoicing, troubleshooting, and attending events and yacht shows.

Key Skills:
• Yachting industry knowledge
• Strong customer service
• Excellent organisation
• Good computer skills

You must have a calm, confident, professional demeanor and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
