TOUT SAVOIR SUR NOS CHANTIERS
Les travaux de requalification de l'Anse St Roch qui ont débuté ce printemps laisseront place en 2028 à trois nouveaux bâtiments : les bureaux du port, un bâtiment pour l'APPA et un bâtiment pour le SRA en plus d'un nouveau point propre. Ce chantier d'envergure se déroulera par étape afin de perturber le moins possible durant la haute saison.
Jusqu'en septembre, cette période sera consacrée à la mise en place de la base vie chantier, la création d’un nouvel accès au port depuis l’avenue du 11 Novembre avec aménagement d’un rond-point, l’installation des accès au CREPS, le dévoiement des réseaux existants, ainsi que la mise en œuvre des séparateurs hydrocarbures, la réalisation des réseaux Basse Tension et Haute Tension et la construction d’un muret au niveau du futur point propre. Les opérations comprendront également, pour les bâtiments, les travaux de gros œuvre, de terrassement et de fondations.

The redevelopment work at Anse St Roch, which began this spring, will result in three new buildings by 2028: the port offices, a building for the APPA and a building for the SRA, as well as a new waste collection point. This major project will be carried out in stages to minimise disruption during the high season.
Until September, this period will be devoted to setting up the site accommodation, creating a new access route to the port from Avenue du 11 Novembre with the construction of a roundabout, access to the CREPS, relocating existing utility networks, as well as installing oil separators, the installation of low-voltage and high-voltage networks, and the construction of a low wall at the future waste collection point. The works will also include structural work, earthworks and foundations for the buildings.
