A five-star review doesn't necessarily mean everything went perfectly.
This recent international move from Portugal to France is a good example.
Our Portuguese partner handled the packing, with NM Europe coordinating the move and delivery here in France.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of breakages in transit.
We'd obviously prefer that never to happen, but the reality of international moving is that possessions are handled by people, transported in vehicles and sometimes travel thousands of kilometres. Occasionally, something can go wrong.
For us, the important question is what happens when it does?
The claim was dealt with promptly through our insurers and the client was compensated.
What particularly pleased us was what she subsequently wrote in her review:
Unfortunately, there were a couple of minor breakages in transit, but true to form, Dave and the NM Europe team addressed the situation immediately and I’ve already received compensation.
She still gave the move five stars, concluding:
“I would highly recommend NM Europe, Dave and his team for your move. I can confidently say you will be in good hands!”
We're always proud to receive a five-star review.
But perhaps we're even more proud of this one.
