Due to circumstances beyond our control there is a delay in any reopening of the business
We have also had a lot of internet issues and have not be able to reply to messages

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR GUESTS
We hope everyone has remained safe and well during this Pandemic
As everyone is aware by now our beloved Fiji is preparing to re-open to Tourists
After very careful consideration and a lot of facts considered we have decided that we will not be reopening the business until March/April 2022
We will take bookings for March onwards but these will not be confirmed until February
As our offices are still closed we will only be replying to messages once a week
We would appreciate your understanding with this difficult decision that has been made
We look forward to seeing everyone back in Fiji soon

Once an announcement is made in regards to the re opening of borders we will update our guests as to our re opening

Bula to all our Friends and Guests .
Sadly, due to the worldwide COVID-19 issues, Tropical Paradise Adventures is temporarily closing as of 22 March.
We will re assess this at 1 July or sooner if the International flights into Fiji resume.

Guests that have bookings with us during this time, we will be contacting you all personally in the coming weeks

If sending us messages via Facebook or email please be patient in waiting for your replies. Whilst replies will not be in our normal timely manner, we can assure you every contact will be responded too within 48hrs

The coming months are going to be extremely difficult not just for us but everyone worldwide and difficult decisions may have to be made

We also wish everyone involved in Tourism within Fiji the best at this difficult and trying time. We are all in this together

CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE

Whilst we appreciate the current issues surrounding Coronavirus are difficult for everyone, our cancellation policy remains in place:
For all bookings cancelled 24-48 hours prior to travel date a cancellation fee of 50% applies
If cancellation is within 24hours prior to travel date a cancellation fee of 100% applies

NEW CLAUSE: If your holiday is then re-scheduled during 2020, and you book your transfers with us again, we will then deduct any cancellation fee paid from your new transfers cost.
We will issue a receipt that will also act as a credit note for re booked transfers

If any Country imposes a FULL NO TRAVEL Ban or Fiji closes its Borders then our policy will be void

We would appreciate your understanding in this matter

CANCELLATIONS FOR MARCH - APRIL
If your travel plans change due to Corona Virus our cancellation policy will still be in effect.
24- 48hrs notice to cancel 50% fee is payable
0-24hrs notice to cancel 100% cancellation fee is payable

We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, and we are trying to be fair and reasonable but when bookings are cancelled last minute we still have to pay rostered staff
(we have had cancellation requests in the morning for guests arriving that same afternoon)

If you have any concerns about this please feel free to contact us as we are happy to discuss further.

We will be monitoring the situation and will make any changes we deem necessary
