MARINE NOTICE 07/2025 – CERTIFICATION FOR WATER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

MSAF reminds all hotels, resorts, marinas, and coastal establishments operating water activities (e.g. jet skiing, kayaking, snorkeling, etc.) that a Certificate of Compliance is required under the Maritime Transport Act 2013 and Recreational Boat Regulations 2014.
