🇫🇮 Paikallista yhteistyötä parhaimmillaan 💚

Saimme tällä viikolla apukäsiä Eduro-säätiöltä, kun luontolähtöisen työtoiminnan, Työhön tutustumisen ja Kodin taitajat -ryhmät vierailivat Kotatievassa kolmena päivänä.

Yhdessä siirrettiin halkoja ja tutustuttiin samalla Kotatievan toimintaan. Päivien aikana harjoiteltiin yhteistyötä, ryhmässä toimimista ja työelämätaitoja – ja hyötyliikuntaakin tuli varmasti ihan mukavasti! 💪🪵

Eduro tekee Rovaniemellä tärkeää työtä hyvinvoinnin, työ- ja toimintakyvyn, osaamisen ja työllistymisen tukemiseksi. Meille on tärkeää tehdä yhteistyötä paikallisten toimijoiden kanssa ja tarjota mahdollisuuksia tutustua myös matkailualan käytännön työtehtäviin.

🇬🇧 Local cooperation in action 💚

This week, we had some wonderful helping hands at Kotatieva as groups from the local Eduro Foundation joined us for three days.

Together, we moved firewood, explored the everyday work at Kotatieva and had a chance to practice teamwork and working-life skills – with plenty of useful exercise along the way! 💪🪵

Eduro is a local social foundation in Rovaniemi that supports wellbeing, work and functional ability, skills development and pathways towards employment.

Supporting our local community and working together with local organisations is important to us, so we were very happy to welcome the groups to Kotatieva.

A big thank you to everyone for your help and for the lovely days together! 💚

And we'll meet again – when the snow arrives, they'll be coming back to Kotatieva, but this time for a winter recreation day. ❄️⛸️
