Things move fast in the world of ELVENE, sometimes faster than expected.
We have been working on a new boat model, planned to be launched this summer, but instead of focusing on renderings and pretty concepts, we built and sold boats instead.

So we are not presenting a teaser of what’s to come, but here is a video from the delivery of the first ever ELVENE - Black edition!

Faster, bolder, cooler, but just as sustainable and self-sufficient as all other ELVENE boats.

This one went to Norway, known for being a forerunner when it comes to electrification of cars. We are doing everything we can to support and speed up the transition at sea as well!

We were honoured to invite the European Commission’s Director-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Charlina Vitcheva together with Minna-Mari Kaila Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and their teams, for a testdrive in one of our boats.

The topic was commercial fishing in Finland and how solar electric boats could improve this industry.

What better way of showing the potential of our boats, than taking a trip out to a herring trap and back, in true Finnish fishing conditions: cloudy, windy and cold.

Thank you for this opportunity and trust in us!

We can’t affect the weather, short term, only adapt to it.

Hopefully this is proof enough that solar electric boats should have a place in the EU fishing fleet.

Spring is finally arriving in Finland, but we started this in-water season almost 2 months ago, when we launched our latest version of AMY down in Nice, at the Nice boating tomorrow show.

AMY powered by GmbH definitely gained some attention, being the fastest solar boat around. She is the ultimate proof that sustainable boating don't have to be limiting or boring, it's the exact opposite, giving you the possibility to go anywhere, at anytime without the limitations of traditional infrastructure and energy sources.
