Today, we announced a planned CEO transition at Nurminen Logistics.
Olli Pohjanvirta will continue as CEO of Nurminen Logistics until 31 December 2026, and Mikko Kuusilehto will assume the role on 1 January 2027.

Pohjanvirta will support the transition and act as an advisor to the new CEO during an agreed transition period, ensuring continuity and a smooth handover of responsibilities. Pohjanvirta will also continue in his current board positions as a member of the Boards of Directors of Nurminen Logistics Plc and its subsidiary, North Rail Oy.

The transition is part of Nurminen Logistics’ long-term succession planning. Our strategic direction remains unchanged, and we will continue developing our business together with our customers, partners and employees.
