Born in Catania, Sicily, Samuel grew up in a place where cooking is a way of life. He learned by doing – drawn to colours, scents, textures, and people who truly love food. Seventeen years on, after kitchens across Italy, France, Spain, and Finland, his craft has an interesting voice: Nordic ingredients, Mediterranean finesse.
On our yacht, Samuel’s menus tell stories. Memories from Sicily, seasons from the Baltic, technique honed on the road. Expect clean flavours, purposeful details, and plates that feel both familiar and new (you might spot his favourite ingredient, pistachio).
