Through the association it becomes affordable for all members to attend high quality training sessions and workshops in the field of Leadership Trainings, Women Entrepreneurship Trainings, Strategic Management Workshops as well as ICT - Information and Communication Trainings. All of them are provided in partnership by the association and its supporters such as the Embassy of Finland and the Federal Ministry of Communication and Technology. Referring to a study of the World Food Program, women who own their own business reinvest 90% of their income in their families and communities whereas men only reinvest around 30-40% of their income. Supporting women entrepreneurs therefore means to directly contribute to poverty reduction and gender equality within the country.
