The overall responsibility of the selected candidate for this position will be to handle sales, marketing, operation and customer service related duties for cargo clients by coordinating with the manager in charge.
Mandatory Required Skill, experience and Education
• A minimum of BA/BSc degree in marketing, Economics, Management, Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain management or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or operations in an airlines or freight forwarding company.
• Good presentation skill and ability to produce period reports to management.
• Highly motivated and flexible to work outside of working hours.
• Handle duties and responsibilities efficiently and independently.
• Fluency in English Language, both speaking and writing skill with ability to handle email exchanges professionally and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent customer service skill, communication skill and team player.
• Able to relocate to another country temporarily, if duty calls
• Maintaining a close liaison with the Operations Department to coordinate the sales activities with operation, mainly related to cargo bookings on the airlines GPS represents
Preferred Skill
• Past experience working for airlines/GSA cargo operations or sales
• Also Working knowledge of French Language is an advantage
• Knowledge of cargo booking & handling system like cargospot, cargo flash etc
