Today’s training session was also a great opportunity to collaborate with photographer Arturo Ferrer, capturing moments from the operational environment that surrounds aerial firefighting.

From the runway to the cockpit, every detail reflects the preparation, coordination, and professionalism behind each mission.

At Aviation Trade Europe, we value collaborations that help bring aviation closer to people and showcase the work carried out around the AT-802 platform and Fire Boss operations.

Inside our warehouse operations at Aviation Trade Europe 📦✈️

For more than a year, Aviation Trade Europe has operated its own warehouse facility — a key step in strengthening our service level and responsiveness to customers.

Our inventory management is based on:

📊 Product rotation analysis
📈 Sales history
⚠️ Component criticality
⏳ Supplier lead time

Based on these factors, we determine whether to stock specific items, with one clear objective:
increase service level and reduce delivery lead time.

If the material is in stock, deliveries within the EU are typically completed within 1–2 working days.
Shipments to the rest of Europe may take slightly longer depending on the country and customs procedures — and we also facilitate all required export documentation.

🔹 Large project orders are consolidated in our warehouse according to an established delivery schedule. We manage and store components until the full order is ready to be dispatched.

🔹 All CoC and 8130-3 certificates are sent to customers with the material. We also retain copies in our internal database for traceability and customer support.

🔹 Product labeling has been implemented, including part number, quantity, CoC/8130 reference, and customer order number.

🔹 We also manage RMA processes. Repairable equipment is handled and sent to the appropriate technical service centers for maintenance and return.

Operational reliability starts with logistics precision.
