I'm Spanish and I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. I've graduated from one of the best culinary schools in Andalusia and I've worked around the world. Gastronomy and everything related to it, has been my life. We offer you a personal and private experience. A journey to get to know Spain and its cuisine in a slow and profound way. Our intention is t

o connect with people who have the sensitivity to appreciate the cultural treasure that is gastronomy. We visit local markets and restaurants, we cook together, we get to know the product, the producers, and the way things are done at their source. We will also visit ancient wineries, taste traditional and modern tapas and discover hidden gems. But no worries, the program will be tailored to your preferences. I have always been a traveler myself with friends around the world who have shown me the best locations, restaurants and culinary specialties of their countries. They have made me feel at home there and for me that was the best way to travel and that is what I want to give back to my guests. A few years ago, my wife and I decided to start a family, and there was no better place than my beloved Spain to raise my children. Now I found a way to combine my passions, traveling, cooking, and my family. That was the moment for SPAIN AND THE CHEF. We love to work with people who are passionate about food and its culture. And we know that it needs time and dedication to get to know it profoundly. That's why we work with private groups to really give you the space and the sense of immersing yourself into the Spanish cuisine and culture. We take traveling slow and want to make the experience unique and unforgettable for our guests.
