⚓ Emergency platform repair completed in under 24 hours (FROM CALL TO FINISH)⚓

A failure in the swim platform locking pin caused damage to the POM housing seat, deformation of the stainless steel retaining ring, and minor damage to the pin itself.

Our team responded immediately:
✔️ Manufactured a new custom POM housing seat
✔️ Manufactured a new custom stainless steel retaining ring
✔️ Extracted 8 broken A4 stainless steel bolts seized in corroded aluminum due to galvanic corrosion
✔️ Re-threaded the mounting points

The swim platform is now fully operational and ready for the upcoming summer.

Full process completed for the installation of two bronze valves on the fuel suction and return lines ⚙️⛽️🛠️

From welding DIN flanges and modifying valves and fittings, to final finishing — every step carried out with precision and care.

All work performed under the highest standards, including pressure testing and leak verification to ensure maximum reliability and safety at sea.

After receiving the final green light from our client just 3 days ago, today 180 kg of equipment for a new generator installation sourced from more than 10 suppliers is already on its way to Antigua.

For this project we managed the entire process:

• Design and planning of the installation
• Sourcing and purchasing all required components
• Preparation of the full raw water system / AC system / DC system / Generator mounts base
• Logistics coordination and shipping

Every detail prepared so our installation partner can begin the work as soon as the shipment arrives in the Caribbean next week.
