Community V private pool ⚖️ the truth is both are awesome, you have a pool!!!!!! ☀️👏 it’s basically a preference BUT some facts;

Both are used for approx 3 months a year!

Community pools are lower maintenance, cheaper to run, can be just as relaxing, social in some cases 🏊🏼‍♀️

Private pools can be expensive, require regular maintenance and monitoring, is relaxing (?) depending on how much you enjoy it after all the maintaining, and it is yours and yours only! 💃🏻

So which is better…… it’s a personal preference, neither is better, it just depends on what you want, but it’s good to know the pros and cons!

There is also the no pool option 🤣😂

Apartment living in sant cugat can he wildly different but all equal, it’s a personal preference 💫 either you want big or small, new or old, huge community in the action close to lots of people and places📍or want a smaller community but still have access to amenities 🙏or you want a quiet community and not too bothered about a pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ but happy to walk into town and other places….. this is and always will be your decision but no decision is permanent or forever💫 it’s a landing space that you might stay in for 1 year in or 5 years or perhaps even forever! ☺️ Who knows but the choice is yours- our busiest time is upon us and we’re completely booked out! Let’s start checking out this beautiful town we can home 💫💪🏼👏

Viewings in the rain last week was unpleasant 😬 but when you get to take in beautiful homes like this one in it’s worth it! We love a well maintained home and hassle free garden 😍

Those of us who visit homes often will know what “getting the feeling” means!!! I’ve personally had it many times and it’s undeniable when it happens, the only thing you can do is buy it/ rent it! That’s exactly what I look for for all my clients- I think that’s why I love what I do! I’m excited to get that feeling! 🏡

I get many of these types of photos from clients, some with 100 suitcases ready to board a flight, some of packed cars, some of trucks just like this one, nearly locked and completely loaded to ship to their new home for an adventure they are yet to start!
It reminds me of all of our moves and gives me comfort that we won’t be doing that again, at least not on a life altering scale- Not because it’s not fun or exciting but just because everyone is in a good place 💫 knowing when to stop moving is just as important or significant as when you feel you need to move- only an expat will know that feeling! 😆

We are at the stage of the season where we are closing on homes and getting them ready for our families to arrive!
