Dear friends, colleagues, and members of our community,

It is with great sadness that we share the news that on Wednesday 28 January, after a courageous battle with cancer, James Millott passed away peacefully in Mallorca surrounded by his family.

James was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a deeply kind and generous friend. He leaves behind his wife Liska and their much loved seven-year-old son Logan.

It is with love and remembrance that we invite you to join us in celebrating his life.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, 19 February at 15:00 at the Church of Calvià (Parròquia Sant Joan Baptista) in Mallorca, where we will come together to honour James, reflect on his life, and share memories of the moments he gave us.

The family kindly invites donations to a memorial fund being established in James’ memory with details to be shared in due course, and flowers are welcome at the church.

Following the service, we will gather for drinks and light snacks at Annabel’s in Palmanova, where we will raise a glass to James and share time together.

James touched many lives, especially in his capacity as Pinmar’s Production Director for over 20 years, and it would mean a great deal to share this moment with all who knew him.

Team Pinmar enjoyed a fantastic day of golf, networking and fundraising at the latest Superyacht Charities Golf.

Valuable funds were raised across the event for two amazing causes: Yachting Gives Back and the Shambhala Foundation.

Congratulations to Superyacht Charities, fellow sponsors and Golf Son Quint for hosting another great charity golf day, we’re already practicing for next year!

This year marks a significant milestone for Pinmar as we celebrate 50 years in business.

To honour this momentous occasion, we hosted a special 50th anniversary event at Nikki Beach Mallorca on Friday 30th May, bringing together over 300 Pinmar staff from across Europe and the USA to celebrate our shared successes and recognising our achievements over the last 50 years.

This memorable evening was held to thank our existing and longstanding loyal employees with some special guests who have played an important part in our journey. It was a joy to see so many familiar faces, both current and retired members of the Pinmar family gathered together.

Pinmar will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2025, with initial plans to combine this important milestone with a one-off revival of The Pinmar Golf Tournament, however after careful consideration we have decided not to go ahead with the event this year.
