Teak gratings are one of the jobs often requested at the Workshop. We take pride in a handcrafted process, starting with Teak selection and milling.Gluing is guaranteed by resorcinol red glue for a lifetime bonding. Any size, any shape, any thickness available. Shower trays, passerelle, dinghy or anchors wale, shoe boxes or whatever is your need not hesitate to be in touch about your gratings replacement! A quick makeover and improvement for a bluewater beauty 100 ft. on a tight schedule, before her crossing late November:
✅ Restoration and spraying, since her 1st launching, of Saloon's table and replacement of drawer's runners,
✅ Restoration and varnishing of bulkheads in Crews cabins, adding a sets of in-house designed coat hangers,
✅ Replacement of dated headrests on Crew's Pullman bunks,
✅ New Crew's heads cabinets, improved in space and with secured adjustable shelves and mirrored doors,
✅Repair and manufacturing of new ultra-light sandwich floorboards in the 4 Guest's cabins.

A recent project just delivered before Summer break: A clinker dinghy, on duty on a 112' Yacht, arrived at the Workshop in tired condition, having suffered several breaks and side hits during her last seasons. We have been commissioned for caprail, transom replacement, chain plate, bow and transom reinforcements, over a general re- varnishing and floorboard renovation and antiskid application.
