Founded in 1953 PFC Brakes started out as Bur-built Products based in Ohio USA, the core business was rebuilding clutches and relining brake pads. 1984 was when Don Burgoon and wife Mary– Ann started Performance Friction brakes and released the Carbon Metallic ® pad. Since then PFC has been developing and expanding the business world-wide with a mission to ‘Excite the customer by exceeding their expectations, with the absolute best product, delivery and value, through a total commitment to product and process integrity’.
All PFC brake components are manufactured in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Clover South Carolina, USA. PFC Brakes is one of very few brake companies to manufacture and offer all products which have been manufactured in-house.
