Tämä Marbellan huoneisto vastasi hyvin kuvausta ja odotuksiamme. Varaus ja yhteydenpito omistajan kanssa oli erittäin sujuvaa. Huoneiston sijainti on erittäin hyvä, vain parin minuutin kävely vanhaan kaupunkiin tai rannalle. Viiden hengen perheemme mahtui huoneistoon mainiosti, ja lisääkin olisi mahtunut - emme juuri hyödyntäneet yläkertaa jossa olisi vielä ollut parille hengelle nukkumatilat. Portaat yläkertaan ovat erittäin jyrkät ja tämän vuoksi lapsetkin (nuorin 4v) nukkuivat alakerrassa. Yläkerrassa on mukava ja katseilta suojattu kattoterassi jossa söimme aamiaiset. Muihin aterioihin emme käyttäneet keittiötä, m***a varustus olisi varmasti ollut riittävä kunnon illallisiinkin. Huoneisto oli kaikin puolin siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Näköaloja oli lähinnä vain kattoterassilta, kadulle päin ikkunat olivat niin lähellä naapureita että olivat enimmäkseen suljettuina. Lämpimän veden kanssa sai olla hieman tarkkana, useampaan peräkkäiseen ammeelliseen ei boilerista riittänyt. Paikallinen kontakti oli erittäin ystävällinen, m***a ei puhunut sanaakaan englantia. Voin lämpimästi suositella tätä huoneistoa Marbellan-matkailuun! Parasta on se kun pääsee parissa minuutissa valitsemaan illan suosikin kymmenistä ihanista ulkoilmaravintoloista (joista toki muutama muukin turisti on paikkansa löytänyt :))

A FANTASTIC place to stay!
I have traveled throughout southern Spain and really appreciated the location of this penthouse in Marbella. We visited in late April/early May and the weather was absolutely perfect. The apartment is HONESTLY a 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk into the old town for dinner and shopping. There is no need for a car as this is in the town center. Prior to our stay in Marbella we had spent time sight-seeing in a rental car and found Marbella a perfect spot to relax for a few days before flying back to the states. The Wi-Fi in the apartment worked great and was an added plus along with the rooftop terrace which was wonderful to return to after a day at the beach and shopping. The apartment was very comfortable for the four of us (all adults) and one of my favorite memories of our stay was standing on the front balcony and just watching a REAL Spanish neighborhood come alive each morning. I feel like I had a front-row seat to a fantastic never-ending show!

Super comfortable / Great Location!
We are a party of four, husband/wife and two adult boys and found this apt to be extremely comfortable for all and in an EXCELLENT location. A minute walk from the Old Town and 5 minute walk to beach. The owners keep this apt in excellent conditions and it has all the amenities one needs to feel at home!

Really nice apartment! Looks like the pictures or even better. Location is also great in Marbella old town just 2 minutes walk to restaurants and shops and 5 minutes to the beach. Daniel was really nice and helpful with our questions, nothing to complain about!
