I had the pleasure of hosting my old boss and friend , who I worked with in luxury services in Rome🧑🏻✈️🏟️. In that world, one thing was always the same: trying to be perfect.
People who know me know that leather shoes and a tie are not my style. I feel better barefoot and in the same shorts all week.
Every experience teaches you something, and today at I bring with me some of the lessons from that world, in my own way:
🍼 Attention to guests: I help people during their experience with small gestures and care, and I also respect quiet moments.
👣 Authenticity, not tourism: here you don’t do the usual organized activities. You live in nature, and even small daily things become special.
🍝 Food: simple but full of colors, flavors, and textures, with fresh, seasonal, healthy ingredients… and I catch the fish myself and include the guests, making every meal an experience.
🗺️ Personalization: every trip is made just for the guest, based on what they want and what I understand about them, making each journey unique.
What we can live far from roads is amazing. The more you are away from everything, the stronger the feelings.
