Our story began in 1961.

What started as a shipyard focused on building and repairing working vessels has evolved into an international partner for professional fleets.

Our industrial capabilities keep growing!!

Starting January 1st, 2026, we will inaugurate a new 2,600 m² facility exclusively dedicated to the production of our High-Speed Craft, Interceptors, Cabin HSC models, and many more.

This new site will feature serial production capabilities to further accelerate deliveries to our defense clients.

Reinvesting in our industrial assets is taking us to the next level.
