To provide a reliable service our regular and year-round customers need to provide us with a functioning spare key for their car. Our customers’ cars are generally parked for pickup at level 4A in parking bays 103 – 157 of the public airport parking. Cars, especially larger vehicles, may also be parked at parking bays 600 and above at the end of level 4A, but only after prior consultation with us.

Should the access to level 4A be closed when returning your car, please drive up to level 5 and simply follow the exit signs as you can always enter level 4A on the way down. We always appreciate our customers sending us a short WhatsApp or SMS message with the exact parking bay, but especially if the car is not parked in or near the usual parking area. Car pickups and returns should always be booked at least 2 days in advance (by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email) otherwise late-booking fees apply. Please make sure that you inform us in a timely manner about your correct arrival date, flight number and the expected time of arrival. Only correct and precise information about your arrival allows us to have your car at the airport parking ready for you in-time and as close as possible to your arrival. When arriving late at night please be aware that in general the last cars are brought into the airport parking between 21:30 and 22:00. For car returns, we only need the date and time at which you are planning to leave the car in the airport parking. If possible, let us know briefly if you’ll be leaving your car at a significantly different time from the one you previously indicated to us. And please don’t forget to leave the parking ticket as well as €2,- visible inside the car. In case you’re leaving your car far earlier than agreed, please be so kind to leave a bit more to cover the higher parking fees. Because of frequent and regular police checks at the airport or near the airport, it is essential that the original vehicle documents and proof of insurance remain with the car (In case of copies, only notarized copies of said documents are legally accepted!). Otherwise there is the real risk of the police impounding the car, which can then only be recovered at significant expenses in addition to a significant fine.
