We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Accountant " MALE " to join our finance team in [port said , Egypt]. If you are a recent graduate looking to launch your career with hands-on corporate accounting experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:-
===================.

• Journal Entries: Prepare and post daily financial transactions into the system.
• Reconciliations: Perform routine bank and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining accurate accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) files.
• Data & Archive Management: Organize, scan, and archive invoices, tax records, and receipts.

Requirements:-
==============.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce (English section preferred).
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry) and basic accounting principles.
• Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn cloud accounting software.

* Booking space with various shipping lines and confirming schedules.

* Issuing and reviewing Bills of Lading and export documents.

* Maintaining continuous communication with clients, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations.

* Resolving urgent issues related to export shipments and container delays quickly and efficiently.

Requirements and Conditions:-

* Experience: Minimum of two years of practical experience exclusively in the field of maritime shipping (export).

* Qualification: Relevant university degree.

* Language: Excellent command of English (speaking and writing) for communication with agents and shipping lines.

* Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) and email.

* Personal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and shipping lines.
