UTC –The Universe Trading Company" is a distribution service provider for oils, lubricants, as well as, a wide range of food and office supplies based in Cairo, Egypt that was established in 1997.
1997 - 2000: UTC started off by managing a a chain of supermarkets under the name of Americana/AM in partnership with Americana Group Egypt.
2001: We shifted our business to supplying consumer goods to
hotels and corporate accounts , in addition to becoming the main supplier for ExxonMobil’s On the Run.
2003: We started offering catering services for Egyptian and non-Egyptian airlines.

2007: We expanded our line of products/services and became the distributor for Shell’s automotive lubricants in Cairo region.
2010: We became the main distributor for Nestlé's dry products in the out-of-home sector.
2012: We started offering our distribution services to Total’s shops Bonjour. UTC “corporate solutions” is a fully integrated service of office supplies and administrative requirements for any operating company. The service provide a wide range of products that includes the provision of office necessities of all kitchen products; from kitchenware products to water, snacks, hot and cold drinks and even sugar. The all in one service also include other requirements such as cosmetics, appliances and medicines. Corporate solution is now provided for more than 250 companies from all sectors of the Egyptian market; Chrysler, HSBC, Microsoft and many more. Now that the Corporate Solution service projects has been tested in the market and well established, in addition to the future potential growth it has, UTC should pay more attention to this project especially that it is the only service provider in the market and the great opportunities that lies beneath it from the variety of products and additional services that could also be provided as a supplementary services from the core service. We tailor our process to fit and align with the clients’ requirements, HSE parameters and international standards enforced by their Head Quarters. Our supply of products range from foods, stationary, office supplies to all kinds of products and services that serve the day to day operations of the company.
