شهدت المياه الإقليمية المصرية حدثاً هاماً بتفقد المهندس كريم بدوي، وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، لسفينة الحفر العملاقة "فالاريس DS-12"، تمهيداً لبدء برنامج حفر 5 آبار غاز استراتيجية بالبحر المتوسط لصالح شركتي "بي بي" و"أركيوس إنرجي".

نحن في مازنكو للخدمات البحرية والبترولية، نفخر بكوننا الجهة المسؤولة عن تولي كافة المهام اللوجستية والعملياتية لهذا العملاق العالمي منذ وصوله، لضمان سير العمل وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية التي تليق بمشروع قومي بهذا الحجم.

لماذا تعد هذه الخطوة محورية؟

- تستهدف السفينة حفر آبار (فيوم 4، غراب، Rw، أتول غرب، ونوفريت).

- بئر "فيوم 4" وحده سيبدأ الإنتاج في يوليو المقبل بمعدل 100 مليون قدم مكعب غاز يوميًا.

- تعكس الزيارة ثقة الدولة في الاستثمارات الجديدة لشركة "بي بي" التي ستصل لـ 1.5 مليار دولار.
