The new round of our courses starts at..second week of Ramadan according to the time table of each course...other age groups more than previously announced are now available. ..

How electronics is made fun .
The word electronics is widely used to refer to specific electron devices and how they are connected to build useful circuits .
This program is an introductory program to electric and electronic circuits and show how smart and efficient circuits are built for sensing physical quantities as heat,sound and light .

--SCIENCE OF MUSIC --

It is not about teaching music or how to play melodies on a specific musical instruments .
This program is to show how science can be used to understand music. Understanding how musical notes are generated and how they differ from each others . How to judge the quality of notes and why specific notes can be played simultaneously ( chords ) while others couldn’t.
Although the same “ La “ Note is played on different instruments , why we hear them different . It is not all about Physics also Biology is used to understand why vocal cords generate a characteristic sound to each person and why ear is sensitive to music varies . The relation between science and music is very interesting specifically when up-to-date labs are used to show this relationships .

Welcome back to HOSA :)

It is our new summer program, where we moved to a new area for introducing science to kids, the area of "Applied Sciences"...where instead of introducing pure sciences like Physics, Biology, Chemistry , and Math..we will treat one subject from all possible scientific points of view.
We will start with 2 courses:
(i) Science of Music.
(ii) Art of Electronics
