The M/T Fenno Swan is back at sea after a successful docking 🚢✨

This crucial operation is essential in keeping our fleet in top condition, supporting safe and efficient operations.

During the stay, planned inspections and maintenance were carried out, including renewal of the hull coating — preparing the vessel for the voyages ahead.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved behind the scenes, and to Desan Shipyard for the strong cooperation throughout the process.

Today, we turn our focus from excellence on deck to vision on the bridge as we spotlight Charmaine Rañada, one of our dedicated Masters at Uni-Tankers 🚢🧭

Charmaine’s journey is a true testament to dedication and resilience. Step by step, she has charted her course — breaking barriers and inspiring those around her. Now, as Master, she focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment — encouraging those around her to develop and perform at their best.

When asked what advice she would pass on to the next generation of seafarers, her message is clear:

Today marks the 2026 World Day for Safety and Health at Work — focusing on the importance of fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels respected, included, and supported.

At Uni-Tankers, the well-being of our employees remains a priority — both physically and mentally. That's why we continuously work to strengthen our approach through initiatives such as extended healthcare coverage for our seafarers and their families, as well as Safety Chemistry — our proactive safety culture program among crews. In 2025, we also introduced mental health support for targeted seafarers, recognizing the importance of mental well-being in our industry 🚢🧭

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 🤝

We recently kicked off the first round of our annual Senior Officers’ Conference at Maersk Training in Svendborg — bringing together colleagues from both sea and shore for a few days of connection, collaboration, and shared learning.

As part of this year's program, our senior officers took part in Bridge Resource Management (BRM) and Engine Room Resource Management (ERM) refresher training, building on the skills and knowledge that keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently.

We also hosted an open panel discussion on key operational topics such as safety culture, maintenance, and everyday challenges on board — creating space for everyone to share perspectives, experiences, and valuable insights.

At Uni-Tankers, we're proud to bring together such a dedicated group of professionals — and to see the strong engagement across sea and shore. We look forward to welcoming the next group of senior officers next month!
