New Rack Mount for Core 256!

Core 256 can now be mounted in our new 19” 1U DAD rack bracket. The bracket can be assembled for holding one or two Core 256 units and installed with Rear Rail Brackets if attachment is required in a rack with rear-mounted nut bars.

Quite simply, this mounting system provides a compact solution for mounting one Core 256 in a rack or to have two Core 256 units side by side in redundant computer-based playback or effects-processing applications.

Now, the quality of the analog connectivity is the same in terms of AD/DA conversion and preamp clarity as our beloved AX32 has earned its reputation on for over a decade.

This makes AX Center the ultimate desktop audio interface for your Mac or PC. And do remember that you can still expand it with even more analog ins and outs via the two optional expansion slots - or you can add AES or even more Dante or MADI channels. 😎👌

Sylvia Massy is very well known for her super-creative approach to recording and producing. Well, during a recent session with the Swedish band Monolord, the actual toolbox came out of the shed! 😲

The album they recorded with Sylvia is named 'Neverending' and is set to be released on 29 May 2026.
