ystem. Vi holder direkte kontakt med vores bude over radio og følger alle leveringer til dørs. Elektronisk dokumentation for levering er altid en del af vores service. Selv om vi har travlt, tilbyder vi altid personlig betjening med et smil og kommunikerer klart og direkte. Vi plejer en tæt relation til vores kunder, store som små, og er altid parat med skræddersyede løsninger for at imødekomme deres behov.

Lil journey of a delivery (no one asked for) (;

- you choose your bag/packaging
- we pick it up and place it in our rack bag
(Exception made for tiny, expensive or fragile, then it will probably sit in our backpack or sling-bag)
- we ride to the drop off location
- we either hand it to the recipient, or - if allowed - place it safe in front of their door

And over and over everyday.
The best thing? WE LOVE IT ❤️‍🔥

It’s May 1st! Which both marks By-Expressens 14th birthday and international worker’s day 📫

By-Ex stands in solidarity with the Copenhagen Wolt workers on strike today ✊

Beneath is the Wolt workers own statement about their situation:
“We are standing together today and reject orders because the orders have become too low for us riders. Orders that were 35 kr a half year ago, have now changed to 22 kr. We are scared that in a few moments it will change to 19 kr. If this happens, we can not pay rent, gas or food. In order to set a higher price for our work, we are rejecting all orders which are priced below a level that is sustainable. Wolt has to understand that many riders cannot survive with their price-setting, and that we find it to be an injustice for the hard work all of us couriers have carried out for years. We demand higher paying orders and an end to making us working-poor couriers.”

We all get tricked it’s spring, to then find ourselves battling chilly and rainy days. Trying to boost away from it as is doing here on his black Omnium cargo classic! So happy to have him on the team and taking care of our loaners fleet 🔧
