MARCH SHIPMENT INFO:
First of all let me start by saying, I have not been negligent in working to solve this case. As stated several times I have and still am working tirelessly in having this container released. I have done my very best throughout this entire time of being totally transparent with all the information given to me in the last couple of months. As I have also informed before, it has not been an easy task to contact the lawful authorities who could help me with this issue. And once I was able to, communication was difficult to maintain, as I would not receive a response immediately and therefore I could not relay further with an update.
PACE, DTI, BOC and Office of Sir Raffy Tulfo are the authorities I have contacted and to whom I have filed my complaint against Brand Expert Freight Forwarder. Letter from Sir Raffy Tulfo was signed and obtained last week. This was personally delivered to Bureau of Customs by my representative in the Philippines.
As of yesterday 2am, Tuesday 19th December, I have spoken with the BOC and who now informs me that they have taken it upon themselves to be in charge of the March Container. They are just finalizing the last documents necessary in order to have the container released to them. Once released, they will oversee the distribution/deliveries of the boxes and have assured me that they will reach their rightful owners. However due to the Holidays, they first expect the release will happen sometime in early January and I will be advised further when this happens.
In the meantime, I am requesting Customers with boxes in the March Shipment to please advise if there are any changes or missing information for the Consignee of the box(es).

PHONE NUMBER (this is very important and needs to be active and reachable)
I do sincerely apologize for those affected by this whole issue and I am thankful to those customers who have been patient and understanding.
