Puzzle solved. 👀⛵️
At first glance, everything looked like a perfect sailing shot: beautiful boat, OXLEY sail up, movement on the water.
But there was one little twist.
On the day of the shoot, the wind decided to take the day off. Almost completely.
Instead of calling it quits, the team got creative. With the boat carefully moving backwards, the sail was still able to stand cleanly and keep its shape — even though the airflow was coming from the “wrong” direction.
A pretty unusual setup for a photoshoot.
And a pretty good reminder of what makes an OXLEY light wind sail different.
Stable. Controlled. Surprisingly capable — even when the conditions don’t play along.
We’ll be back for another shoot with real wind.
But honestly? This little workaround already told a great story.
