We're looking for an organized and proactive Transport Dispatcher / Traffic Controller to join our growing operations team.
Your Responsibilities
• Daily communication with drivers throughout their routes.
• Monitoring transport progress and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Coordinating transport operations and resolving operational issues.
• Handling transport documentation and administrative follow-up.
• Evaluating driver performance.
• Working closely with the planning department to ensure efficient operations.
What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English or German is required.
• Romanian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience in transport, logistics, dispatching, or traffic control is an advantage, but motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
