In March, we welcomed the Oberursel workshops for people with disabilities (OBERURSELER WERKSTÄTTEN) to our German headquarters as part of our ongoing collaboration.

During a tour of our Experience Center, they gained behind-the-scenes insights and experienced what we do as a manufacturer of event technology - and how their work contributes to the bigger picture. ✨

Together with the Oberursel workshops, our additional partners Heinbachtal (Offenbach) and Florentine (Braunfels Lebenshilfe Wetzlar-Weilburg e. V.) support us in our Value Added Services - from assembly and packaging to quality control.

But this collaboration goes far beyond day-to-day operations. It is about enabling participation, creating opportunities, and strengthening inclusion. We work in close partnership and value the care, commitment, and reliability we experience every day.

Without a clear goal, a shared direction and the energy to move forward, any path is possible — but none leads deliberately to success. This is where modern leadership begins. And this is exactly what we focused on during one of our latest Leadership Talks as part of our internal leadership development program.

Guided by our claim Engineering Fascination, we reflected on how structure and culture must work hand in hand, especially in times of growth, transformation and increasing complexity.

Engineering stands for clarity and ex*****on: defined responsibilities, transparent priorities and measurable goals.

Fascination stands for culture and trust: Connecting purpose. Encouraging engagement. Enabling ownership.

One creates direction. The other creates energy. Real, sustainable performance only happens when both work together.

A key insight from our last exchange: there is no universal leadership formula. Some teams need stronger alignment and structure. Others need more autonomy to unlock their potential. Effective leadership means understanding what is needed in the moment and taking responsibility for acting accordingly.
