Our colleague Barbara Zenk spent this week together with other Liberty offices on a sales call in Paris & had the pleasure of meeting many of our clients. There were great conversations during different meetings, the Partance Workshop & 2 dinners at very special places in Paris.
Many thanks to our colleagues Alan & Isabela the first-class organization & for bringing us together with our French clients in Paris and to all Liberty colleagues who contributed to make the week successful & enjoyable.

We had the pleasure to welcome some of our Brazilian clients for a pre-IMEX Fam Trip in Munich during the last days. Thank you to René Schmid & Benedikt Fronz from the amazing The Charles Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel for hosting our guests. After a short city tour & dinner at the Florio restaurant of the hotel on day 1, the guests made a unique day trip to the Lake Chiemsee area on day 2. Lars Kliemann and the Achental Resort created a unique program & the guests had the opportunity to design their own Bavarian snack platter & to test their golf skills at the golf course of the hotel. The day was rounded up with an amazing lunch in between. In the evening, we didn’t miss having an authentic Bavarian dinner. After a shopping stop at the Ingolstadt Village, everybody is heading towards Frankfurt for the IMEX now.
Thank you everyone who made this trip unforgettable!

Last week we organized an evening event for one of our international clients at Seifenfabrik Dr. Thompson’s in Düsseldorf. The event location is one of the oldest soap factory buildings in the city. Nearly 300 guests enjoyed a cocktail dinner with great food, local craft beers and amazing entertainment in a very special surrounding. Special lightning created a unique atmosphere in the indoor industrial area, while the terrace was changed into a cozy lounge area.

Our colleagues had the pleasure to organize the stay of the Czech team Sigma Olomouc who played against 1. FSV Mainz 05 at the UEFA Conference League. We organized the stays for the team, the VIP group, the press & the employees in different hotels in the Frankfurt and Mainz area. While the team was provided full hotel & training services for their stay, we created a varied program with different activities & meals for the VIP guests & employees. Even if the result was not positive for the team this time, all guests enjoyed their stay in Frankfurt & Mainz a lot & celebrated the biggest success of the club’s history. We are looking forward to welcoming them again in the future in Germany!

Last weekend we had the pleasure of joining a FAM trip to Munich. Our hosts from Holiday Inn introduced us to several of their impressive properties, showcasing a wide range of possibilities for MICE guests. From well-equipped meeting rooms to excellent catering and comfortable guest rooms, everything was perfectly arranged. To explore more of what Munich has to offer for events, we also visited the unique event locations Bergson and Motorworld—both inspiring venues with great potential for meetings and special events.
A true Bavarian highlight was our dinner at the brewery Paulaner am Nockherberg. Not only did we enjoy delicious traditional food, but we also learned more about the brewing process and Bavarian beer culture.
Thank you to our hosts and everyone involved for the warm welcome and the inspiring experience in Munich!
