Quick Cargo Service ist heute eine von fünf führenden privaten Speditionshäusern in Deutschland mit IATA-Lizenz. Das Unternehmen genießt im In- und Ausland großes Ansehen, ist Mitglied im Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik und in der FIATA. Mit neun Niederlassungen an allen wichtigen Handels- und Industriezentren, deckt Quick Cargo Service Gesamtdeutschland und Holland für speditionelle und logistische Dienste ab. Heute beschäftigt Quick Cargo Service rund 110 geschulte und qualifizierte Mitarbeiter, wovon einige bereits über 20 Jahre im Unternehmen tätig sind. Mit Stephan Haltmayer, Heidi Gramm und Dr. Jennifer Melnyk sind alle drei Kinder des Gründers heute aktiv in der Firma tätig und bekleiden in dem Familienbetrieb bereits leitende Positionen.

Today Quick Cargo Service is one of the five leading, privately-owned, IATA-licenced forwarders in Germany. The company enjoys an excellent reputation at home and abroad, and is a member of the Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik (Federal Association for Forwarding and Logistics) and of the FIATA. With nine branch offices at the most important centres of trade and industry, Quick Cargo Service covers the forwarding and logistical needs of Germany and The Netherlands. Quick Cargo Service currently has around 110 experienced and qualified employees, many of whom have been with the company for over twenty years. The founder of the company has also secured its future: his three children, Stephan Haltmayer, Heidi Gramm, and Dr Jennifer Melnyk, all work for the company and occupy managerial positions.

Behind every email, there is a face. Behind every name, there is a story. And after this weekend, we even recognize many of the voices. 😊

Last weekend, 45 colleagues from 7 Central and Eastern European countries came together for the CEE QCS Sports Days – joined by our CEO, Stephan Haltmayer. It was a weekend full of sports, competition and laughter. But also long conversations, good food, wine, and those moments we simply don't have enough time for during a normal working week.
On the court, we fought for every point. Around the table, we discovered that the people we exchange emails with every day have much more interesting stories than their automatic signatures suggest. 😉
And that was exactly what this weekend was about.

Meet. Play. Connect. Grow.

Today, we're back at our computers, shipments, customers and inboxes. But something is different.
When an email arrives from a colleague in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Austria or Slovakia, we no longer see just a name and an email address.

We see the person behind it.

And perhaps that was the biggest win of the entire tournament. 🏆

A big thank you to all 45 participants who dedicated their weekend to spending time with their colleagues and helped make the first CEE QCS Sports Days something to remember. See you at the next one! 💙

Strong results are built by strong teams.

We are proud to share that Quick Cargo Service closed the first half of 2026 with growth across all major shipment categories:

✈️ 16,934 air freight shipments - up 7.0%
🚢 3,914 ocean freight shipments - up 17.5%
📦 5,298 single consignments - up 17.5%

These results demonstrate the strength of our European network and the positive development of our operations across Central and Eastern Europe even in a challenging economic and geopolitical environment.

Our established markets continue to grow, while our newer operations in Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria and the United Kingdom are building solid foundations for the future.

A big thank-you to our colleagues across all 14 QCS countries, as well as to our customers and partners for their continued trust and commitment.
