From water and sewer installations, versatility is key in everyday HDD operations.
Earlier this year, NDS, Sisab Gruppen and Storskogen took delivery of their new GRUNDODRILL ACS300 – the fifth machine of this type operating in Sweden. We would like to thank them for their trust in TRACTO and are pleased to share impressions from one of their recent projects. 👇🏼
Working for Skanska, the team installed 110 mm and 250 mm water and sewer pipes over distances ranging from 60 to 200 metres in rock and mixed ground conditions. 🚧
The ACS300 is also being used for projects where drillings are carried out from land into the water to install and connect pipelines in lakes and coastal environments.
And when asked about the ACS300, operator Anders summed it up in true Scandinavian style: „Very nice to drive.“ 😉
