Die Seefrachtraten sind aufgrund des Rückgangs der Containerfrachtpreise in Asien weiter gesunken (aus: Transport Intelligence). Dennoch wird für dieses Jahr mit einer Normalisierung des Seeverkehrsmarktes gerechnet, da die Zahl der Neubauten zunimmt und das Frachtaufkommen steigt.

Ocean freight rates have continued to fall due to the decline in Asian container freight prices (from: Transport Intelligence). However, this year is still expected to stimulate the maritime market by increasing the number of new-built ships and the surge in cargo volume, so that the maritime transport market will be normalized.

CHINA OVERTOOK GERMANY AS THE WORLD'S SECOND AUTO EXPORTER!

From January to August this year, China's automobile exports reached 1.817 million units, with an increase of 52.8% compared to last year. China currently surpasses Germany and is second only to Japan. Among them, 340,000 were new energy vehicles, with a rise of 97.4% year-on-year. The contribution rate to the growth of automobile exports reached 26.7%.

In 2021, China became the world's third largest automobile exporter after Japan and Germany. According to the automotive market research expert, Just-Auto, China's automobile exports exceeded 2 million units for the first time in 2021. Regarding export areas, the Chinese are focusing on the European market of new energy vehicles. In the last year, 49% of Chinese new energy vehicles were exported to Europe.

According to the data released by the Port of Hamburg, the container throughput trend in the Port of Hamburg in the first half of 2022 was more positive than expected. Total throughput reached 4.4 million TEU in the first six months of the year. Among the major ports in the European North Range, the Port of Hamburg is the only top port to achieve growth in container handling. On the basis of throughput volumes, China was one of the Port of Hamburg’s three most important trading partners, with 1.3 million TEU (+5.8%).

知识小课堂本期内容：运用中性单证的基本知识（上）

　所谓“中性”单证，即Neutral Documents，是指买方要求卖方提供不显示其行名、国别等资料的单据和证书，目的是在通过转让单证出售货物时可以不把原供货商暴露给他自己的买家。因此，要求中性单证的买方通常都是进口代理商、批发商、佣金商、中间商或为了转售货物图利的进口商（以下简称进口捐商）。
　　
　　几乎所有的出口单证都可以做成中性，如装箱单、提单、保险单、检验检疫和产地证书等，通常都隐去出口商的行名资料。以提单为例，由于实务中发货人（Consiginer）和托运人（Shipper）时有不同，在托运人与发货人不是同一人，即出口商是发货人而不是托运人时，签发的提单便是中性提单（Neutral B／L），又称第三者提单（Third Party B／L）。
　　
　　正如出口中性包装中进口商可以在货到目的地后刷上自己的品牌再行出售一样，进口捐商也可以将单证背书转让来出售货物。
　　
　　中性单证运用对间接出口方式拓销的促进作用索取中性单证是国际贸易实务中进口捐商一种常见的习惯做法。对以间接出口方式初始出口的中小企业而言，由于进口捐商能够利用其经营信息灵通、业务关系广泛和销售渠道多样的营销优势进行积极拓销，因此为适应进口捐商的要求，提交合格的中性单证对于主动打人国际市场具有很高的成功率。

知识小课堂本期内容：航运怎样节约港口使用费？

　　港口使费是运输成本的主要开销项目之一。有些船公司港口使费的支出，占总成本的1/4以上，仅次于燃油费和船舶修理费。因此，节约港口使费，是远洋运输企业为降低运输成本而必须注意的问题。一般来说，船方节约港口使费的途径可表现在以下几个方面：
　　
　　1.船方必须了解和掌握各港各种费目的收费规则，及其费率调整情况。
　　
　　2.船方应十分注意合理安排船舶在港内的各项作业，并做好相应的记录。
　　
　　3.正确掌握船舶进出港时间。应努力争取白天进出港口，因为各国港口领航、拖轮、系解缆等费用，在夜间、节假日都增收附加费。
　　
　　4.船舶进出港前，在可能的条件下，尽可能调平船舶的首、尾吃水，以减少船舶最大吃水。因为有些港口，如日本港口的引航费，是按船舶的总吨位和首、尾最大吃水为准。
　　
　　5.正确地申报船舶吨位。船舶吨税、船舶港务费、灯塔费等都以船舶的吨位为计算依据。对于二层或二层以上全通甲板的船舶，都可在两舷勘绘三角吨位标志，并用大小不同的两种吨位，来替代过去遮蔽甲板船的开闭式吨位。当吨位标志没入水中时，船方应申报大吨位;当吨位标志未没入水中时，船方应申报小吨位。
　　
　　6.合理地积载货物。争取各货舱同时作业，各舱的装卸时间尽可能取得平衡，以缩短船舶在港时间。
　　
　　7.及时做好各项准备工作，减少各种待时费。
　　
　　8.船方应认真审核和签署各项收费单据，防止不应有的损失。

物流职能外包的经典案例

案例：2003年，跟宝供合作了5年的红牛饮料遇到了新问题。当时，红牛饮料公司虽然了解全国的销售情况，却对库存和市场终端的随时反应缺乏了解。于是红牛以宝供为第三方物流供应，将全国全部29个区域和仓库的全部物流业务全部外包了宝供。
　　
　　宝供在仓储和物流基础上，为红牛量身定做了一滩针对物流业务的订单管理系统，把红牛的订单流程整合，并负责红牛的所有物流环节。红牛工厂出货后，由宝供负责将货送到全国20个区域，仓库由宝供管理，根据红牛指令配送。目前宝供还在进一步整合供应商环节和宝供ERP，以期进一步提高系统效能。
　　
　　通过宝供定做的红牛物流系统与宝供自身系统的对接，红牛可以随时掌握各区域终端卖场对产品的反映。从而为企业的生产决策提供提供强有力的支持，有效的降低了库存成本，大大提升了红牛的市场反映速度和竞争力。
