Have you ever heard about "shinrin-Yoku"? Maybe the word "sylvotherapy" would sound more familiar to you?

Actually, this Japanese word means "forest bath". This is a very popular activity - or therapy - in Japan, namely because scientists demonstrated the positive effect of forest bath on the physical and mental health...

But in Europe too, Shinrin-Yoku is known and practiced. The myecostay team met one French practitioner in sylvotherapy in Alsace, precisely in a preserved natural area in the Vosges Moutains.
