Learning at Harren Group doesn’t just happen behind a desk – it happens through shared experiences, open exchange, and the people willing to pass on their knowledge.

Recently, the first session of 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘺 – 𝘉𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘴 & 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 brought together apprentices and trainees from across the group for an interactive learning session on crane stability, hosted by Morten Hinrichs.

During the 90-minute session, participants gained practical insights from real project operations, asked questions, and exchanged ideas in a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere. And of course, no good conversation ends without pizza.

The new format reflects our ongoing commitment to learning, development, and knowledge sharing across generations and disciplines. Because in an industry shaped by experience, passing on expertise matters.

A big thank you to Morten and everyone who joined the kick-off session and made the first edition such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

What does it take to safely move complex heavy lift cargo across the world’s oceans?

At 𝗦𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, it starts with precise planning, strong engineering expertise and close collaboration between vessel and shore teams.

To strengthen our team in 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴, we are looking for a 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗺/𝗳/𝗱) who will support the technical preparation and engineering ex*****on of complex heavy lift and multipurpose cargo operations – from developing stowage and lifting plans to supporting safe project implementation.
