Trevlig midsommar! ☀️

At mula, we wish everyone a great day and an even better weekend.

We thought a great way of celebrating midsommar would be to send a handful of businesses based in Sweden a message from mula printed on our special seed paper card. This card can be torn, planted, and with some water, turns into beautiful flowers. This way we can tell you a little more about ourselves without impacting the environment.

So If your business is based in Sweden, you may find 1 or 2 in your mailbox. 😉

Get to know our Warehouse Manager Bennet 📦

What made you choose mula?
🎤 After I finished my apprenticeship in a career field that I didn’t feel comfortable in, I looked for a new challenge. Therefore, mula was the perfect fit for me with their young team and ambitious goals – it quickly felt like home! I became a part of the company when it was still relatively new and started my work as an intern and got to know the business from scratch. I was able to guide and shape the warehouse and its processes almost from the beginning. It made me very proud and happy to have that opportunity.

Tell us about your responsibilities at mula?
🎤 Together with my warehouse team, I take care of everything around packaging and the parcel that gets delivered to the customer in the end –⁠ from proper packaging to quick delivery.

What is your favorite part of working at mula?
🎤 It is very exciting to see how everyone develops and to be a part of that process. To create a structure and implement it into the workflow and see the result. And last but not least, to be surrounded by people who you can hang around within your spare time (something that is not guaranteed at work).

If we ask your friends, how would they describe you?
🎤 They would probably not put in a good word for me 😄
I would say helpful, sporty, funny, and open to everything describes me quite well.

Happy Pride Month everyone!! 🌈

This month we honor the Stonewall Riots that took place at the Stonewall Inn on Christopher Street in Greenwich Village, in June 1969. Since then we as a society have come a long way in accepting and promoting the rights of LGBTQ individuals, but there is still plenty of room for improvement!

Through our mula.Plus plan, adjoe is able to store its items with us instead of having to figure out where to store them in their building. It also makes it possible for them to ship only parts of the merchandise rather than the entire order, and on top of that, the items turned out great.💜

Last Thursday we attended The New Where event in Berlin hosted by Design Offices.💥

We were surrounded by people from various industries with positive energy who made this event engaging and highly interesting. Among other things, we participated in workshops and listened to compelling talks, such as the ones by Céline Flores Willers and Joachim Gripp.

After attending the event, we’re more certain than ever that remote working is the right way forward for us, provided that everyone has access to the right resources to complete their daily tasks, feels included, and regularly communicates. Also, thanks to Tillman Rödle for the breakout session about business innovation. Going forward, we’ll definitely be using the business model canvas more here at mula. 😊

All in all, it was an excellent evening, and we’re happy to have been there.
