Is this Scotland’s most unique cafe?! 😍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This little family-run cafe is located on Ulva Island, which is right off the coast of Isle of Mull 📍

The boat ride only lasts about a minute as you get from one island to the other!

Good news - the homemade food is just as delicious as the cafe is beautiful 🤤

I recommend trying the traditional Scottish skink soup and carrot cake 🥕

✍️ HOW to fit it into your Scotland itinerary:

✨First, visit Isle of Mull! (If you need more convincing, check out my page to see how spectacular it is)

✨Second, combine your visit with a morning tour to Staffa Island (or another one of the islands off the coast of Mull) with Turus Mara Tours.

✨The cafe is literally right across the way from where these tours leave, so it’s the perfect lunch spot when you return!

Top places to visit in GLENCOE 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👇🏽

Most people come to Glencoe either on a day trip or just stop here briefly on their way to Isle of Skye…

I am guilty of this my first time in the Highlands, and I am SO happy that we decided to spend a couple of full days here on our last trip!

Giving yourself more time allows you to take in the magic of Glencoe in different ways:

🥾 Hiking around its majestic peaks
⛰️ Enjoying slow coffee/food breaks with views
🚗 Driving down the scenic side roads everyone skips
🏩 Sleeping in historic mansions
🪦 Wandering through historic, lakefront cemeteries

Also the more time you have, the more types of weather you’ll see (you’re in Scotland, after all 😅)

Take me back to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

No matter where I go in the world, I always feel a pull to return to Scotland.

To feel the magic within Edinburgh’s Gothic streets.

To be a tiny human in the vastness of the Highlands.

To surround myself with majestic & adorable wildlife.

To immerse myself in the lands that make dragons and fairies feel real.

There’s something in Scotland’s misty air that intoxicates my soul, and I really believe it’s something you need to feel to understand it 🥹
