Roma, day seven. Rode the bus to a special Mass at Basilica dei Santi XII Apostoli. Then had lunch (with fancy fredde coffees), shopped, and walked and walked and walked. We stopped by the Trevi Fountain & Piazza Navona. Had some bus drama, but made home after our longest day out. Peep Miriam’s new trick, standing on big steps with a ✌️. Happy one week of Roman living to us!

Roma, day 6. Took the younger five to the park, while the big girls took the bus (alone!) to go shopping. It was so nice to wander and play. And we saw turtles! We spent the most time in the greenery of the park. And Remy picked me a flower ♥️.

Roma, day 4. We went to St Peter’s for the first time🤩 Walked in Borgo Pio for lunch and gelato. Then bussed it to Trastevere to check out a recommended playground (5/5 stars). We stuck out as tourists because most of us weren’t wearing jackets 🥲. We are really getting the hang of using the bus & *most* of the kids love using it. My big girls are already plotting taking it to go shopping. We had dinner at home (a soup, joy!) and we all loved it. Life is good.
