Casa colonial ubicada cerca del Parque Céspedes, Casa de la Trova, Casa de la Música, Hotel Casa Granda y diversos intereses como Museo Emilio Bacardí, Museo del Carnaval, Diego Velásquez entre otros. Posee tres salas, seis habitaciones, 4 baños, cocina y comedor; patio con orquídeas, helechos y sombra de uvas para sus meriendas, cenas, charlas o disfrutar un delicioso y puro café cubano gratis, por la casa. Abundante agua. Las dos habitaciones para turistas poseen cama matrimonial y personal, aire acondicionado, ventilador, lámpara de noche, espejo amplio y percha, nevera, baño privado con agua fría y caliente. No es con entrada independiente. Hay posibilidad de parqueo, brindamos servicios de desayuno, cenas, meriendas, lavado, teléfono, electricidad 110 y 220 Volt, y uso de nevera. Quienes estén interesados en turismo de naturaleza o conocer sobre la naturaleza cubana, paisajes, ríos, playas y montañas le podemos aconsejar pues viven dos biólogos de campo en la casa que acostumbran a recorrer la Isla, también sobre rutas de carretera. En casa viven dos niños, una hembra de siete y un varón de ocho años. El cliente recibe servicios en Español e Inglés.

Muy fácil de llegar a casa. Desde el aeropuerto toma un coche, particular o estatal y le dice al chofer nuestra dirección, muy cerca del parque Céspedes, solo 20 minutos. De la estación de tren es en línea recta en forma de L, toma la avenida Alameda donde queda la estación de tren, recto hasta la calle de Trinidad y la Alameda, verá una agencia de autos, tome la calle Trinidad, que es subida, solo diez cuadras y en el 510 verá la casa. Y de la estación de Bus Vía Azul, toma un coche o en línea recta la misma calle de Avenida los Libertadores recto, hasta llegar hasta el gran parque Abel Santamaría, dobla a la derechas, tomando la calle Trinidad, y bajando ocho cuadras en el 510 está la casa.
Si desean que le recoja un taxi de la terminal de bus a casa el costo es de 5.00 cuc.
Los precios de la habitación en temporada baja es de 20.00 cuc por noche y en temporada alta de 25.00 cuc por noche.
Los desayunos de 3.00 cuc, ofreciéndoles abundantes y diversas frutas, pan, mantequilla, miel, jugo, leche, café, huevos…
Las cenas oscilan entre 6.00 y 10.00 cuc en dependencia del plato fuerte, incluyendo arroz, viandas, ensaladas de vegetales.
