Test and results
Concept was tested more then 25 times in the last 5 months in interCLEAN company (www.interclean.rs) and savings ware between 50-400EUR per loading; Monthly savings for interCLEAN company ware about 800EUR

Two lessons learned during this test process:
1. The lowest cost of trans

port (freight rate) is not the one you are willing to pay, but the one that transporter (carrier) is willing to accept e.g. Freight agents are willing to give up part of their commision fee. Who are our customers?
1. Shippers - SME companies where % of transportation costs is 10% or more in total costs of the final product
2. Freight agents
3. Carriers

Next step: acquire more customers willing to pay for our services!
